Backing the next generation, from Sydney to the world.

Founded in 2021 in Western Sydney by Cathy Nguyen, New Gen Artistry is an artist development, management, events and live music booking agency.

What started as nurturing one young artist and finding them gigs has grown into something far wider. Today we work with artists right across Australia, connecting them with the industry, audiences and communities that help them thrive. From artist development and management to live bookings, showcases and international collaborations, we've built our own blueprint for the underrepresented voices and communities in Australia - particularly in R&B and Soul.

Our mission is to keep championing emerging artists, create meaningful opportunities, and give the next generation of talent room to grow locally and thrive globally. Rooted in community and driven by culture, we're proudly expanding our reach into London, bridging grassroots talent with global opportunity.
